 Types

• Nozzle Band Heater 

 The Nozzle band heater can reach high temperature in a short time.  During manufacturing, the heaters are submitted to extremely high  pressure that ensures high insulation, perfectly smooth contact area for  an optimum and uniform heat transfer to every part of the nozzle.

 The inner profile is perfectly round, providing a perfect coupling with the  nozzle.

• Mica Band Heater

 The Mica band heater is constructed by winding a high temperature  resistance tape around mica former. It is insulated with mica sheets and  is termed as a bare mica heater (terminations added).

• Ceramic Knuckle Band Heater

 High-quality heating bands with ceramic knuckle for reliable and long-  lasting action. Power can up to 8W/cm in any diameter and size.
